Local author and tutor, Philip Kane, has two new writing courses starting shortly under the Adult Education banner. Enrolment has opened for the 2011/12 courses which will both be held at the Rochester Centre, Eastgate.

Creative Writing for Beginners (course code R09100111A) starts on Tuesday 20th September, between 1.30 – 3pm. There are 12 sessions with a total cost of £68.50, although there are concessions.

The more intensive Creative Writing course  (code R09100011A – careful with those codes!) is on Monday evenings from 7pm – 9pm (although this invariably continues in the Two Brewers afterwards, if you’re up for it!)  beginning on 19th September. The 25 sessions cost £172; as before, concessions may reduce this. This is the course that set me on my way, so now you all know it’s Philip you have to blame 😉
