‘Resilience’ explores mental health issues effecting young people and how they can be more supported.
Company background:
Little Fish Theatre Company was established in 2008. For the last five years we have provided high quality, specialized theatre, drama and related arts projects tackling key social and regeneration issues for young people throughout South London. Little Fish seek to challenge injustice and inspire young people to develop and grow. However, we do not consider it our role merely to deliver information. We believe there are more effective methods to communicate facts and figures about particular issues and it is implicit in the company ethos that theatre is a means of engaging young people regardless their social or economic disposition. One of our objectives is to effectively use imagery, narrative and empathy to challenge and motivate young people to reflect upon their own value systems and their place within society.
