Gavin Alexander

Gavin Alexander has a voice like Irish coffee, warm and soulful, and duets with eloquent guitar playing. He has written for the Flying Pickets, worked with Chris Difford of Squeeze, and can be found nestled in a wonderful trio called Arcelia. He’s on Twitter @Gavindermusic

Gordon Meade

Gordon Meade is a Scottish poet now living in London. He divides his time between his own writing and running creative writing courses for vulnerable young people. His latest collection, Sounds of the Real World, was published in 2013 by Cultured Llama Publishing. (www.culturedllama.co.uk)

Philip Kane

Author, poet, artist and storyteller Philip Kane has been active on the Medway arts scene for over thirty years.  Among other projects during that time, he has been a community arts worker for Arts in Medway, and Artistic Director of Storytellers Live – a storytelling club for adults – as well as of the River Roots festival.  His newest book is the poetry collection Unauthorised Person (Cultured Llama, 2012).

Sam Fentiman-Hall

Sam Fentiman-Hall is an award-winning playwright whose plays have been performed internationally. She founded Kent writing collective ME4Writers, and playwrights’ organisation 17Percent. She also writes short stories and sometimes, poems. She is a cat person and her favourite colour is purple. www.wordsmithery.info

Sarah Hehir

Sarah Hehir is a poet and playwright. Her poems are often about the sea, loneliness, love and longing: only occasionally are they about deep fried cheese. She writes on trains and in waiting rooms. http://heterozygote.wordpress.com/

Sophia Beeby & Luke Fraser

Sophia Beeby and Luke Fraser are an acoustic folk duo based in Guildford. They have been playing and writing together since January 2014, drawing on experience writing and performing. They joined forces, experimenting with writing collaboratively and improvising vocal harmonies. With influences such as Civil Wars, First Aid Kit and Regina Spektor, the duo have a vocal driven sound, with moving lyrics and powerful harmonies.
