Open submissions for Art of Recovery exhibition

The Art of Recovery exhibition, now in its third year, will be taking place at the Nucleus Arts Centre in Chatham, from 5th to 18th October 2012.  The show is timed to coincide with World Mental Health Day, which is on 10th October.

We are now inviting submissions of visual art – ranging from paintings through to sculpture and ceramics – from anyone who has experience of mental health issues.

If you would like to submit work to the Art of Recovery, please send:
A selection of up to 5 images of your work as jpegs, including in your accompanying email the details of materials (and how the work is made, if appropriate).
The retail price of each piece of work.
Your name, location and full contact details.
A paragraph about you and your work, including your website or blog address, if you have one.
The approximate time it will take for any unfinished work to be completed.
Please send your submissions by 15th September 2012 at the very latest; we will be looking to receive any accepted works by the beginning of October 2012.
Send to: redtengu@btinternet.com, with “Art of Recovery submission” in the email subject line.
Thanks
